Our application operates as a transient processing utility. We only collect the information necessary to provide you with high-fidelity resume reviews and keyword optimization:

  • Document & Input Text: We collect the text extracted from the PDF resume files you upload and the job descriptions you paste. This content is processed in-memory.
  • Contact Information: If you optionaly input your email address or use our interactive contact form, we collect your email address and name.
  • Usage Data: Like most websites, we may automatically collect standard web log details such as IP addresses, browser types, referral URLs, and pages visited through web analytics integrations.

2. How Your Information is Used

We use your data strictly to perform the requested resume analysis and send you confidential optimization reports:

  • We send your resume text and job description to the Google Gemini API to parse matching scores, highlight missing keywords, and formulate feedback.
  • If an email is provided, our Nodemailer backend triggers an automated email containing your confidential ATS Resume Analysis report.
  • We do not sell, trade, rent, or distribute your resume content, email addresses, or personal profiles to any third-party marketing companies.

3. Google AdSense & Cookies Policy

This website may serve advertisements provided by Google AdSense. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site:

  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ad Settings or www.aboutads.info.

4. Data Retention & Transient Processing

We prioritize data minimization. We do not connect to or store your uploaded resume data inside any database. Once the active API session is closed and the Gemini API has generated its response, your uploaded resume file is cleared from memory.

5. CCPA & GDPR Compliance (Your Data Rights)

Regardless of your location, you have the following rights regarding any data collected:

  • Right of Access: You can request details on what data is processed. Since we do not persist data, we will never hold archived records of your past uploads.
  • Right to Deletion: Since we do not retain files, your information is automatically deleted immediately following the completion of your session.
